    AN ACT concerning State government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Council on Responsible Fatherhood Act of

2008 is amended  by changing Section 25 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 3928/25)

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2010)

    Sec. 25. Repeal.   This Act is repealed on July 1, 2012 
9
2010.
