| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3118

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3118 on page 15, by |

| replacing lines 20 through 22 with the following: |

| "General must be conducted in accordance with the rights"; and
|
| 5 |
| on page 16, by inserting below line 3 the following: |
| 6 |
| "(o) Nothing in this Section shall diminish the rights, |
| 7 |
| privileges, or remedies of a State employee under any other |
| 8 |
| federal or State law, rule, or regulation or under any |
| 9 |
| collective bargaining agreement.".
