AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2635

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2635 on page 2, by

replacing lines 23 through 26 with the following:

"rendered. Nothing in this subparagraph (L) prohibits or 
5
requires employee, employer, contractual, or other 
6
arrangements with or among health care professionals, health 
7
facilities, health care providers, or other entities, except as 
8
otherwise prohibited by law.  These arrangements may include 
9
provisions for compensation, use of space, staff, equipment, 
10
health insurance, pension, or other benefits for the provision 
11
of services within the scope of the licensee's practice under 
12
this Act;"; and

on page 3, by deleting lines 1 through 7; and

on page 7, by replacing lines 18 through 26 with the following:
