Appropriates $702,514,000 to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities Retirement System for the State's contribution and $4,059,413 to the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund for the State's contribution. Effective July 1, 2009.

$SURS/HEALTH INS-STATE CONTRIB

 

 

 

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $702,514,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities Retirement System for the State’s contribution, as provided by law.

 

    Section 10. The sum of $4,059,413, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund for the State’s contribution, as required by law.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
