    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2151 as follows:

on page 1, immediately below line 6, by inserting the

following:

    ""Contractor" means the person responsible for 
6
conditioning seed, cleaning seed, or conducting grain rescue 
7
operations."; and

on page 2, immediately below line 15, by inserting the

following:

    ""Restrictive label seed" means seed governed by a contract 
11
between a seed supplier and a farmer that prohibits seed reuse 
12
or seed saving."; and

on page 4, immediately below line 15, by inserting the

    "A contractor who unknowingly comes into possession or
