    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1925  by replacing

everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    "Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by

changing Section 4.20 and adding Section 4.30 as follows:

    (5 ILCS 80/4.20)

    Sec. 4.20. Acts repealed on January 1, 2010 and December 
8
31, 2010.

    (a) The following Acts are repealed on January 1, 2010:

        The Auction License Act.

        The Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989.

        The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989.

        The Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989.

        The Land Sales Registration Act of 1999.

        The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice
