| AN ACT concerning employment.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Day and Temporary Labor Services Act is |
| 5 |
| amended by adding Section 96 as follows:
|

| (820 ILCS 175/96 new)
|
| 7 |
| Sec. 96. Day and temporary labor service agency; recovery |
| 8 |
| of attorney's fees and costs. A day and temporary labor service |
| 9 |
| agency may recover attorney's fees and costs in a civil action |
| 10 |
| brought by the day and temporary labor service agency against a |
| 11 |
| third-party client for breach of contract by the third-party |
| 12 |
| client in relation to services provided by the agency to the |
| 13 |
| third-party client if the plaintiff prevails in the lawsuit.

| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 15 |
| becoming law.
