SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for development, design, printing and distribution of cord blood brochures that contain information on public donation sites and private cord blood banks.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $750,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for development, design, printing and distribution of cord blood brochures that contain information on public donation sites and private cord blood banks.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
