    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Election Code is amended  by changing 
5
Sections 19-3, 20-2, 20-2.1, 20-2.2, 20-2.3, and 20-3 as 
6
follows:
