| (a) The University, including its agents, employees, |

| provide a student's name, address, telephone
number, social |
| 12 |
| security number, e-mail address, or other personal identifying
|
| 13 |
| information
to a
business organization or financial |
| 14 |
| institution that issues credit or debit
cards, unless the |
| 15 |
| student is 21 years of age or older. This prohibition does not |
| 16 |
| apply to service providers of the University that (i) assist |
|
