AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1224
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1224, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof with the following:
“ARTICLE 1
Section 5. “AN ACT concerning appropriations”, Public Act 96-042, approved July 15, 2009, as amended by Public Act 96-819, approved November 18, 2009, is amended by changing Sections 5, 10, 15, and 25 to Article 27 as follows:

the Illinois State Fair, including administrative expenses. No expenditures
from the appropriation shall be authorized until revenues from fairground uses
sufficient to offset such expenditures have been collected and deposited into
the Illinois State Fair Fund.

appropriation shall be authorized until revenues from fairgrounds uses
sufficient to offset such expenditures have been collected and deposited into
