AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1211

  AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1211, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, by replacing lines 11 through 22 of page 71 with the following:

    “Section 155.  The amount of $23,856,100, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Coal Technology Development Assistance Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for deposit into the General Revenue Fund.”.
