| AN ACT concerning transportation.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 25.01 as follows:
|

| Sec. 25.01.
This state or any political subdivision of this |

| state is
authorized to acquire, establish, construct, own, |
| 9 |
| control, lease, equip,
improve, maintain and
and operate |

| airports, or restricted landing areas, or
other air navigation |
| 11 |
| facilities in an adjoining state whose laws permit,
subject to |
| 12 |
| the laws of such state, but subject to the laws of this state |
| 13 |
| in
all matters relating to financing such projects. |
