    AN ACT concerning fish.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by 
5
changing Section 20-11 as follows:

    (515 ILCS 5/20-11)

    Sec. 20-11. Inland trout stamp. Any individual taking or 
8
attempting to
take trout in all waters except Lake Michigan 
9
shall, in addition to any other
license required by this Code, 
10
first obtain an inland trout stamp authorized by
the
the

Department.  Individuals not required to obtain a license are 
12
not required
to obtain an inland trout stamp.
