| 5 | | on page 254, immediately below line 1, by inserting the |
| 6 | | following: |
| 7 | | "Prior to the issuance of an owners license, the Board |
| 8 | | shall submit its decision to the city council of the |
| 9 | | municipality in which the home dock of the riverboat is |
| 10 | | located. Such city council then has 30 days to review the |
| 11 | | decision and may, by ordinance, reject the Board's decision and |
| 12 | | specify the city council's objections."; and

| 13 | | on page 303, line 11, after "gambling", by inserting "outside |
| 14 | | of the City of Rockford"; and
|
| 15 | | on page 303, line 13, after "casino", by inserting "outside of |

| 8 | | "Beginning after the effective date of this amendatory Act |
| 9 | | of the 96th General Assembly, from the tax revenue from the |
| 10 | | riverboat located in the City of Rockford deposited in the |
| 11 | | State Gaming Fund under this Section, an amount equal to 3% of |
| 12 | | adjusted gross receipts generated by the riverboat located in |
| 13 | | the City of Rockford shall be paid monthly, subject to |
| 14 | | appropriation by the General Assembly, to the City of Rockford, |
| 15 | | of which 33% shall be used for the purpose of infrastructure |
| 16 | | improvements. |
| 17 | | Beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act of |
| 18 | | the 96th General Assembly, from the tax revenue from riverboat |
| 19 | | located in the City of Rockford deposited in the State Gaming |
| 20 | | Fund under this Section, an amount equal to 2% of adjusted |
| 21 | | gross receipts by the riverboat located in the City of Rockford |

| 23 | | Assembly, to Winnebago County, of which 33% shall be used for |
