    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Credit Union Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 6 as follows:

    Sec. 6. Fiscal Year. 
The fiscal year of each credit union

organized under this
this Act shall end on December 31 of each

year.
