| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Southern Illinois University Management Act |

| is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
|

| Sec. 1.
There is hereby created a body politic and

| corporate which shall be
styled the Board of Trustees of |

| Southern Illinois University to operate,
