| 2 | WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report | ||||||
| 3 | on the Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated March 1, 2007, | ||||||
| 4 | with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the | ||||||
| 5 | Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g | ||||||
| 6 | of the School Code; therefore, be it | ||||||
| 7 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 8 | NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE | ||||||
| 9 | SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district | ||||||
| 10 | waiver requests identified below by school district name and by | ||||||
| 11 | the identifying number and subject area of the waiver request | ||||||
| 12 | as summarized in the report filed by the State Board of | ||||||
| 13 | Education is disapproved: | ||||||
| 14 | (1) Waukegan SD 60 - Lake, WM100-4155, substitute | ||||||
| 15 | teachers; | ||||||
| 16 | (2) North Chicago CUSD 187 - Lake, WM100-4176, | ||||||
| 17 | substitute teachers; and | ||||||
| 18 | (3) Belvidere CUSD 100 - Boone, WM100-4138-2, physical | ||||||
| 19 | education; and be it further

| 20 | RESOLVED, That each of the school district waiver requests | ||||||
