AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3955

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3955, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board:

  For Telecommunications Services................... 17,500

  For Operation of Automotive Equipment............. 22,000

  For payment of and/or services related to

  the administration of investigations

  pursuant to P.A. 93-0655.......................... 10,000

  For costs and expenses related to or in support

  of a public safety shared services center......... 22,400

Section 999.  Effective Date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.”.
