Appropriates $715,734 from the General Revenue Fund to the Judicial Inquiry Board for its FY 07 ordinary and contingent expenses.  Effective July 1, 2006.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much of those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Judicial Inquiry Board for its ordinary and contingent expenses as follows:

  For Personal Services............................ 303,636

  For State Contributions to State Employees'

    Retirement System............................... 33,542

  For Retirement - Pension pick-up.................. 11,642

  For State Contributions to Social Security........ 22,265

  For Contractual Services......................... 299,949

  For Travel........................................ 25,000

  For Commodities.................................... 1,500

  For Printing....................................... 6,900

  For Equipment........................................ 500

  For EDP................................................ 0

  For Telecommunications............................. 7,800

  For Operations of Auto Equipment................... 3,000

    Total                                          $715,734

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
