Appropriates $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for deposit into the Illinois Equal Justice Fund. Effective July 1, 2005.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to any other amounts that may be appropriated for the same purpose, the sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for deposit into the Illinois Equal Justice Fund.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
