| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |
| 3 |
| State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Don Rector on the |
| 4 |
| occasion of his retirement after 16 years of service as |
| 5 |
| Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Don Rector was elected Jefferson County Clerk and |
| 7 |
| Recorder in November 1990; he will retire on November 30, 2006, |
| 8 |
| after serving 16 years, having ran unopposed all except for his |
| 9 |
| first term; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Don Rector is the son of Kelley and Blanche Rector |
| 11 |
| and Doris O'Neal; he married Dixie Storment on June 18, 1965; |
| 12 |
| they are the proud parents of daughters, Angie (husband, John) |
| 13 |
| Whipple and Misty (husband, Tim) Baker; and the grandparents of |
| 14 |
| two granddaughters and five grandsons; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 17 |
| we congratulate Don Rector on the occasion of his retirement |
| 18 |
| after 16 years as Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder; and be |

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
