| AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 22 as follows: |

| on page 52, line 34, after the period, by inserting the |
| 4 |
| following: |

| "If a member is disqualified from requesting verification by |
| 6 |
| reason of his or her vote, (i) a qualifying member who made a |
| 7 |
| subsequent request for verification shall be allowed to proceed |
| 8 |
| with the verification or (ii) if no verification request was |
| 9 |
| made by a qualifying member, one qualifying member shall be |
| 10 |
| allowed to request a verification.".
