    Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on July 1, 2011 (now, repealed July 1, 2006). Effective immediately.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is

amended  by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

    Sec. 19.6. Repeal. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2011
