Appropriates $500,000 to the Department of State Police to fund the Methamphetamine Abuse Hotline for fiscal year 2006. Effective July 1, 2005.

$STATE POLICE- METH HOTLINE

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

Section 5. The amount of $500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of State Police for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the Methamphetamine Abuse Hotline created under Section 2605-560 of the Department of State Police Law.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
