| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business |

| Practices Act is amended by adding Section 2VV as follows:

| (815 ILCS 505/2VV new) |

| Sec. 2VV. Wireless telephone service provider; third party |

| billings. A wireless telephone service provider shall provide a |
| 9 |
| contact telephone number and address for all third-party |
| 10 |
| billings on the consumer's bill, to the extent allowed by |
| 11 |
| federal law, or through a customer service representative.".
