Amends the Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act. Provides that a retailer of motor fuel shall have at least one retail motor fuel dispensing device at his or her facility that dispenses motor fuel containing at least 10% by volume of ethanol.

| AN ACT concerning motor fuel.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act is |

| amended by adding Section 4.2 as follows:
|

| (815 ILCS 370/4.2 new) |

| Sec. 4.2. Ethanol gasoline. A retailer of motor fuel shall |

| have at least one retail motor fuel dispensing device at his or |
| 9 |
| her facility that dispenses motor fuel containing at least 10% |

| by volume of ethanol.
