SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Insurance to increase public awareness of the Senior Health Insurance Program.  Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section  5.  The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Insurance to increase public awareness of the Senior Health Insurance Program.

 

Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
