SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Reappropriates $300,000 from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Capital Development Board for the Department of Agriculture for the purpose of constructing a multi-purpose building at the State Fairgrounds in DuQuoin, Illinois. Reappropriates $16,904 from the Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for the Department of Agriculture for the purpose of replacing horse barn windows at the State Fairgrounds in DuQuoin, Illinois. Effective July 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $300,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2004, from reappropriations heretofore made in Article 5, Division FY02, Section 14 of Public Act 93-587, for the purpose of installing a shell over the show horse arena and improving the interior at the State Fairgrounds in DuQuoin, Illinois, are reappropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Capital Development Board for the Department of Agriculture for the purpose of constructing a multi-purpose building at the State Fairgrounds in DuQuoin, Illinois.
Section 10. The amount of $16,904, or so much of that amount as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2004, from reappropriations heretofore made in Article 2, Section 1 of Public Act 93-587, for the purpose of replacing horse barn roofs at the State Fairgrounds in DuQuoin, Illinois, are reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for the Department of Agriculture for the purpose of replacing horse barn windows at the State Fairgrounds in DuQuoin, Illinois.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
