SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for redevelopment of the Lincoln Developmental Center. Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services for redevelopment of the Lincoln Developmental Center. Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for redevelopment of the Lincoln Developmental Center. Effective July 1, 2004.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for redevelopment of the Lincoln Developmental Center.
Section 10. The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services for redevelopment of the Lincoln Developmental Center.
Section 15. The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for redevelopment of the Lincoln Developmental Center.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
