AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for a grant to the Illinois Association of Court Appointed Special Advocates (Illinois CASA).
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
