 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1530, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 2, by replacing lines  4  through  9
 5    with the following:
 6             "(2)  the   business  is  ordered  to  pay  punitive
 7        damages based on the conduct of  any  officer,  director,
 8        partner, or other managerial agent who has been convicted
 9        of a felony referenced in subsection (a).".
