 1        AN ACT concerning taxation.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Motor Fuel Tax Law is amended by changing
 5    Section 1.1 as follows:

 6        (35 ILCS 505/1.1) (from Ch. 120, par. 417.1)
 7        Sec. 1.1. Motor fuel. "Motor fuel" means all volatile and
 8    inflammable liquids produced, blended or compounded  for  the
 9    purpose  of,  or  which  are  suitable  or  practicable  for,
10    operating  motor  vehicles.  Among other things, "Motor Fuel"
11    includes "Special Fuel" as defined in Section  1.13  of  this
12    Act.
