 1        AN ACT regarding appropriations.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be
 5    necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue  Fund  to
 6    the   Comprehensive   Health   Insurance   Program  to  study
 7    enrollment trends in  both  the  Traditional  and  HIPPA/CHIP
 8    programs.

 9        Section  10.   Effective  date.  This Act takes effect on
10    July 1, 2003.
