 1        AN ACT concerning transportation.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Transportation Cooperation Act of 1971 is
 5    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (5 ILCS 225/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 601)
 7        Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and  may  be
 8    cited  as  the  "Transportation  Cooperation and Coordination
 9    Act. of 1971."
