 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 330

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 330  on  page  11,
 3    line  14, after the period, by inserting "This movement shall
 4    be valid only on State routes approved by the  Department  of
 5    Transportation.  The tower must abide by posted bridge weight
 6    limits."; and

 7    on page 19, lines 14 and 15, by deleting "or  combination  of
 8    vehicles"; and

 9    on  page  19,  line  16, after the period, by inserting "This
10    movement shall be valid only on State routes approved by  the
11    Department  of Transportation. The tower must abide by posted
12    bridge weight limits.".
