 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 267 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing lines 29 and 30 with the following:
 4    "Section  10 of the Steroid Control Act. In setting such fee,
 5    the county board may impose, with the  concurrence  of  the";
 6    and

 7    on page 2, by replacing lines 1 through 4 with the following:
 8    "located  by administrative order entered by the Chief Judge,
 9    differential rates for the various  types  or  categories  of
10    criminal  and  civil  cases,  but  the maximum rate shall not
11    exceed $25 $15. All proceeds from this fee must be used".
