 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 196

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 196,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers in Senate Amendment
 4    2, on page 1, by replacing line 7 with the following:

 5    "district board of a park district lying  wholly  within  one
 6    county is authorized to increase taxes under this"; and

 7    on  page  1,  line  10 by inserting the following immediately
 8    after the period:

 9    "At the time that such park district files its levy with  the
10    county  clerk, it shall also certify to the county clerk that
11    the park district has complied with and is authorized to  act
12    under this Section 5-1 of the Park District Code.".
