 1        AN  ACT  concerning  the  children's   health   insurance
 2    program.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Children's Health Insurance  Program  Act
 6    is amended by changing Section 97 as follows:

 7        (215 ILCS 106/97)
 8        (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2003)
 9        Sec. 97.  Repealer.  This Act is repealed on July 1, 2006
10    2003.

12        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
13    becoming law.
