    AN ACT concerning procurement.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended  by 
5
changing Section 1-15.110 as follows:

    (30 ILCS 500/1-15.110)

    Sec. 1-15.110. Supplies. "Supplies" means all personal

8
property, including but not
limited to equipment, materials, 
9
printing, and insurance, and the
financing of those supplies.

The term "supplies" does not include bond insurance, title 
11
insurance, or any type of mortgage insurance.
