Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Aid for approved bed reserves at a daily rate of 75% of an individual’s current Medicaid per diem, for nursing facilities 95% or more of whose residents are Medicaid recipients and that have occupancy levels of at least 95% for resident bed reserves not exceeding 10 days. Effective July 1, 2004.
