Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Authorizes the Department of Public Aid's Child and Spouse Support Unit to request and receive from Internet service providers, pursuant to an administrative subpoena, location information concerning individuals in connection with enforcing a child support obligation. Effective immediately.
