Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Animal Disease Laboratory Act. Removes the prohibition against the Department of Agriculture collecting fees for diagnostic tests required by Illinois law that are performed by its animal disease laboratories. Authorizes the Department to collect fees for the laboratories' analyses of diagnostic tests required by Illinois law. Effective immediately.
