Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Board of Higher Education Act. Provides that one of the 10 members of the Board of Higher Education that is appointed by the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, must be a faculty member at a public university.

Provides that the member must be a faculty member at an Illinois public university (rather than at a public university).
