Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Hospital Licensing Act and the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that a hospital shall make, upon written request of a hospitalized patient, hospital records, history, bedside notes, charts, and pictures and plates concerning the patient available to the hospitalized patient or his or her designee on a daily basis. Effective immediately.
