Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Radiation Protection Act of 1990. Provides a list of fees to register a radiation installation based on the type of facility and equipment possessed by the registrant. Removes language allowing the Department of Nuclear Safety to establish the fees by rule. Effective immediately.
