Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Cook County Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that the active forest preserve district member shall be removed from a board created under that Article. Provides that the number of members on such a board shall be reduced from 9 to 8. Effective immediately.

	Pension Note (Pension Laws Commission)
	There would be no fiscal impact associated with HB 2140.
