Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning portability of coverage.

House Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
215 ILCS 105/4from Ch. 73, par. 1304

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Authorizes the Plan Board to establish conditions and procedures under which the Plan may provide catastrophic prescription drug insurance. Effective immediately.
