Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Partnership for Long-Term Care Act. Provides that in anticipation of changes in federal provisions related to the granting of waivers, the Department of Public Aid must file a waiver request to implement the asset protections contained in the Act within 6 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act. Effective immediately.
