Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Banking Act, the Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985, the Savings Bank Act, and the Illinois Credit Union Act. Permits disclosure of financial records or information to the extent permitted under Title V of the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Effective immediately.

House Amendment No. 1
Provides that the disclosure is authorized to be made to an affiliate or another financial institution as necessary to perform a joint agreement as defined and authorized under Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
